| Mobile Power Cases are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of Purchase. If your Mobile Power Cases fails to deliver enhanced battery performance, or if is proven that your Mobile Power Case has damaged its paired device, Factory To Customer will replace your Mobile Power Case at no additional cost. Claims concerning the damage of paired devices will be thoroughly inspected by Factory to Customer at the facility of Factory To Customer’s Choice in order to verify the validity of such claims. If such claims are deemed valid Factory To Customer will compensate the owner of the Mobile Power Case in Question up to 80% of the established retail cost of the device, as well as issue a replacement Mobile Power Case. |
