-Commissions begin at 20% of gross profit margin, with a 2% increase for every $5,000.00 increase in gross margin for that 30 day period, up to 40% commission / $70,000.00 gross profit mark.

-A cap on the % increase is placed at 40% commission / $70,000.00 gross profit.

-A bonus of 10% commission (up to 50%) increase is applied to all sales resulting from leads developed buy the sales rep
